Photometrics is offering a Customer Assurance Package to assist researchers in meeting these goals. These "total care" plans cover and protect your Photometrics cameras for the life of the grant* and provide a comprehensive support umbrella to maximize equipment productivity.
Our Customer Assurance Program includes training, equipment maintenance, rapid response and loaner equipment. This package can be added within 30 days of equipment purchase at a marginal cost, starting at $1500 for interline cameras and $3950 for EMCCD cameras. Our aim is to provide you with complete peace of mind, so that you can conduct your research without interruption.
Customer Assurance Packages include:
- Coverage for the life of the grant
- Complete parts and labor coverage for any required repair, no out-of-pocket expense
- Priority response
- Regular calibration checks on systems
- Tailored training on use of systems purchased:
- Operational use of system
- Maximize performance of systems
- Advanced imaging techniques - Loaner equipment
